  • Answer: Yes, our vehicles are in operation 7 days a week. Weekends however are very popular therefore we would advise you to book in plenty of time.
  • Question: How much notice do you need?
  • Answer: We do offer same day service removals, small or large, depending on availability however we would always advise you to give us as much notice as you possibly can.
  • Question: How do we pay?
  • Answer: You can pay by cash, debit/credit card, or paypal.
  • Question: How do i get a quotation for my removal?
  • Answer: We can give you a quotation over the telephone, through email, home visit, or by completing and submitting our online contact form.
  • Question: How many guys will be turning up on the day?
  • Answer: Depending on the size of your job we may send 1 to 4 men to a particular removal.
  • Question: Do you sell packing materials?
  • Answer: Yes, we sell a range of packing materials.
  • Question: Will we do our own packing?
  • Answer: Totally your choice. You can do your own packing, however if you prefer, we could have our team do this for you.
  • Question: Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture for us?
  • Answer: Yes, we can do this for you. We would add the price for this service onto your main quotation.
  • Question: How much will my move cost?
  • Answer: As every move is different, the price depends on many things (distance of properties/amount of stairs involved/amount being relocated etc). We can offer a fixed amount or an hourly rate if¬†preferred.
  • Question: Do you have a minimum charge?
  • Answer: Our minimum charge can go as low as ¬£15.
  • Question: Would our items be insured whilst in your possession?
  • Answer: Yes, of course.
  • Question: Is there a deposit needed?
  • Answer: No, we do not take a deposit, or a cancellation fee. We only ask you to contact us as soon as possible with any problems that may affect moving day.
  • Question: What is the best day to move?
  • Answer: Fridays and Saturdays tend to be very busy for us therefore if you can avoid those days you are more likely to secure the date and time of your choice.
  • Question: Can you put our items where we want in our new property?
  • Answer: Yes, our team will take each and every item to the room of your choice in your new property.
